G&L S-500
The best electric guitar I ever owned! A Honeyburst finish is on this Ash solid body electric, enhanced by a matching maple neck with a hand rubbed tinted gun oil finish. A pearloid pickguard surrounds the three "MFD" pickups that Leo Fender patented at G&L. The S-500 is a steroid Stratocaster with soulful tone to drive an amplifier into overdrive and more! The expander switch gives additional positions beyond a "Standard Stratocaster" by offering neck/bridge combo's for Telecaster tones, and all three pickups on at once for monster sized power chords. Serial number 26687. Custom made in 2002.
